The deceptiveness keeps on going with Mr. Loken.
The share holders meeting for June 19,2012 in my opinion contained threats of bankruptcy if he (Mr
Loken) didn't get the asset reduction plan he wanted. He also made it clear that the investors who didn't attend would not be notified of another meeting for a recount. In my opinion this is blackmail.

To my knowledge there was no share holders meeting held between March 29,2005 and June 19, 2012
and I believe he was or is in direct violation of federal law. When a company sells shares I believe according to federal law there is supposed to be annual meetings held to keep the investors informed.

I also do not believe there is a statue od limitations on fraud and in my opinion he (MR. Loken) has clearly defrauded his investors.

There are many of us that could use the money he owes to pay medical bills with.

As stated in another complaint he preys on the young and old alike. In my opinion he has taken lessons from Bernie Madoff and should go to prison for lifw with out the possibility of parole.

He has even managed to get a high credit rating with Dunn and Bradstreet to my disbelief.
