 Bought a 46" LCD TV in June of 2011, great price. Picture quality was good, sound was iffy, but I had surround sound, so I didn't mind. After 6 months of ownership, the TV wouldn't turn on. Left it unplugged overnight, worked in the morning. After 11.5 months, wouldn't turn on at all, even after a weekend. Customer service from westinghouse was terrible. Never got any call back from them, never heard anything useful. After many, many calls, finally got to the point where I was offered a refund, or a replacement. To get a refusbished 46" (As in, already broken once) with a 90 day warrenty, would take 2 weeks. To get a refund would take 3 months!. I took the refund, simply to be done with the company. After 3 months, no check. I called, and found it would take another month and a half. This is over 7 months after my TV broken and I first called them.

 If it were not for the complete apathy from all their reps, I would think they were actively discouraging me from continuing. Would never buy another product form them again. Unforgivably, horrific "service".
