Purchased the top-o-the-line Westnghouse Duvet washer with extended warranty coverage. Called Westinghouse after washer LCD reported error messages and washer ceased to function.
Referred to Appliance Rescue to service washer but in 2 tries over 2 weeks the repairman as unsuccessful in getting the washer to work. I asked Westinghouse for alternate service vendors in their network to try to expedite but was told that there was only one in my area.
Westinghouse rep told me that i should just be patient (while i spent the last two weekends in coin laundromats).
Poor business practice to outsource services to 3rd party companies and not do anything to improve the issues when customer who paid for warranty hs zero leverage over the 3rd party that Westinghouse contracts.
