It is very interesting how you are complaining that they are trying to track you down.

Now, why would they do that?

Well I can guarantee it isn't to say "Hi" or to wish you a Merry Christmas.

No, they are trying to find you because you are DELINQUENT in your car payment.  Meaning you are not meeting the LEGAL obligation you agreed to when you signed the loan documents.  Oh and what was that obligation?  That you would make your payments for a set amount at a set time every month(or bi-weekly) for a certain amount of time.  There was no condition that you only had to pay when you could.

The other part of this agreement was that if you failed to do that they have the legal right to Reposess the car, and I have a feeling you may even be hiding the car to try and avoid this.

Now, yes they are going to be very agressive.  Because you are a Sub-Prime borrower who has not proven you can handle credit, and as such require a bit "extra" attention in order for them to get you to pay back the money you owe.

So if you want them to stop let me give you a very simple solution...PAY YOUR BILLS.
