They are reporting two loans against me from when i was a minor and ive disputed it on my credit and they keep updating this saying i owe this money. I was under age. you can not get credit until your 18 these accounts are 9 years and 6 months old. i just turned 27. how are they still reporting this against me? isn't that against the law.

Make sure to not only dispute with the CRA's but also the OC. You might also check your public records to make sure that they didn't get a judgment against you. If they did, you could go in and get it vacated. It might be best to get an attorney to represent you to clear your name and your credit.
 
I hope the situtation is not worse than you think. Is it possible that a family member used your social security number while you were a minor to purchase a vehicle? I hope not, but if they did you may need to file a police report too. Good luck in getting this straightened out.
