I've been dealing with OAN/WestStar Telecom since April 05 when I received a charge for a collect call from Mexico on my home phone bill.
Since then, I've contacted the company every month. Today Aug. 23, I was promised again that a credit would be sent to my telephone company, but this is the fourth time I've been told that.
What is even more frustrating is that they stonewall you when you ask for their company information; i.e. physical address etc. I couldn't even find their info on the web. It's also frustrating that the local provider SBC will not do anything about it.
