What can you say about Westwater Construction Company and the owner Mark Miller ?

Let's start with: Thief, Con Artist, Manipulator, Liar, Can't be trusted, poor excuse as a Professional Businessman, doesn't keep his promise, Uses your money for his personal gains, user, unprofessional, thief, thief, thief and how about THIEF ?

This con artist hired a  company called PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES, Inc. to install 4 seperate elevators in 4 seperate luxury homes in Sarasota, Florida. Let me show you how a con artist uses the construction industry business to gain money for himself ( Mark Miller - Westwater Construction, Inc, get the work done, and not pay the subs who did the work. Currently, Mark Miller and Westwater Construction owe Precision Elevator some 4 invoices amounting to some $44,250.00 . Now that take a cunning thief with a poair of Balls to say the least.

In April 2007 aq project was completed in behalf of Westwater Construction ande Mark miller regarding an installation of a luxury elevator installation in Sarasota. The project was started and completed at the cost of $14,400 of which Mark Miller and his company were paid in full by the homeowner. It sems all the money subsequently weent into the pocket of Mark Miller and his company and not one pennhy was sent to Precision Elevator.elevator

 May 2007, Precision was approached by Westwater Construction and Mark Miller again  to install an elevator in another private home on Orange Street, Sarasota, Florida at a cost of $14,500.00. The work was completed but Precision Elevator was never paid the $14,500.oo on this 2nd construction project and was still owed on the project. Within a few weeks, Precision Elevator was approached again to install another system in a residential home a few doors down, and the work was completed and subsequently billed in July of 2007. A $2,900.oo balance was due on that job, but never paid. Mind you, all " THREE" homeowners PAID Westwater Construction in Full. The balance due Precisikon Elevator became substantial and subsequent invoices went out to Mark Miller and Westwater Construction. One month wen t by then two, then three and subsequent calls were made to MARK MILLER and WESTWATER Construction. In July 2007 a call came into Precision Elevator from Mark Miller and Westwater construction stating thery need help on another project and they would be able to pay all four invoices which now amounted to $44,250.oo if this project could be completed. Precisaion Elevator proceeded that payment would be rendered to them in full upon the completion of this project at an additional $14,500.00 The job was completed, Westwater got Paid in Full, but low and behold not one penny came to PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICE. The total now was more than $44,250.oo .  Why Precision Elevator continued to do nusiness with Westwater Construction was due to the belief and smooth talking of Mark Miller that all the bills would be paid in full at the completion of the 4th job.

Mark Miller is a Thief by any words you care to call him. He is an outright liar, a con artist, and due to his own GREED hyas put Precision Elevator in a Financial crisis. Mark Miller is nothing short of a THIEF.

He has continued to Stall and stall and stall making poayments. To add insult to injury, Mr. Miller had the Gall to tell Precision Elevator he was getting a few jobs and would be paying him little by little. What is going to piss of Mark Miller and his company is the contractor is going to offset draws to Mark Miller and give them to Precision Elevator. Oh, Miller will get some income for his work, but the majority of the draws will be offset to Precision Elevator.

Hey Mr. Miller, you are a thief without a doubt in my mind. You use people for your own self survival and use people to line your pockets weith their hard work. You have no sense of PRIDE, could care less for your fellow man, promise the world and deliver "nothing".

I suggtest anyone thinking about working with Mark Miller and Westwatewr Construction Company think about doing business as a suib-contractor very carefully.. very carefully. It doesn't seem to bother him one bit that you got screwed. It is all about Mark Miller and lining his pocket.
