I am submitting this report on behalf of Dadeville Youth Youth Sports Inc d/b/a Dadeville Youth Football and Cheer.  Our organization was approached by Al and Jennifer Jackson, owners of What's Trending (Sportswear) about doing our youth football uniforms this year.  We were told by both Al and Jennifer that these would be mocked up and done my them in the store.  When they showed us the mock up examples, we loved them and decided to go with their company.  After they assisted with fittings, we wrote them a check for the entire amount of the order.  Our order was to include:  jerseys, dri-fit shirts, socks, bags, and helmet decals.  We were promised, and it was written into the invoice, that we would have everything before our first game of the season.  I contacted Jennifer off and on many times leading up to the first game and she assured me that they were on track with all of our items.

On the Monday before our first Saturday game, I called Jennifer and she once again assured me that we were good.  She said that Al was working on them and they would be ready.  Fast forward to Thursday of that week, when the uniforms were supposed to be ready for her to deliver them to us,  I called her and she says that the uniforms are not ready but will be ready on Friday.  Jennfer calls on Friday and says that the jerseys were not in her Fed-Ex shipment that day.  This is when we realized that they had lied to us about doing them in house.  What's Trending did supply us with non-matchineg jerseys to wear for our first game.  We were told that the jerseys would definitely arrive before our next game and they did, but some of them were wrong.  It took weeks for them to correct the jerseys that were not right.  At this point, all we had from our order were the jerseys.  Jennifer said everything else was on backorder.

Weeks into our season we received some of the dri fit jerseys.  Jennifer gave them to me in a box and told me to figure out which ones were missing from the order.  I went through the order myself and let her know which ones were not in the order.  There were also a couple with wrong numbers and names.  Jennifer was going to work on getting the ones that were missing and get us new ones for the ones that had wrong names and numbers.  A week later, we received the ones that were missing but we still have not received the ones that were wrong.

Another couple of weeks passed and we finally got the bags.  Jennifer had told us that it took a while on them because she had them upgraded to a larger size that would fit all the players' equipment.  That was also a lie because the bags that we received barely fit their clothes, let alone anything else.  The decals were also handed out with the bags.  These decals were entirley too big for the helmets and look really bad.

We are nearing the end of our season and we still don't have the socks that we paid for and the dri fits that are wrong have not been replaced.  We've had a very hard time contacting Al or Jennifer about these items.  They have not been returning phone calls or text messages.  I reached out to Al on Facebook Messager and he told me that these were losses for us.  They do not plan on making this right.

We are extremely upset because they have essentially stolen from the kids.  They told us all along that they were not in it for a profit and they just wanted to help the kids.  That statement is far from the truth.  They have just padded their pockets on this.  I hope other leagues are able to see this and know to steer clear of this company
