In a nutshell ordered 18"hypersilver nex-o m-20's and the red x's in the caps after six months started to fade from red to almost white(bad dye lot,cheap paint etc...)anyways sent several pictures and emails stating issue with no reply after months tried to call and was told well nothing we can do for you,you'll have to buy new caps,i let(shaun) know that i never used any chemicals and never abused the caps in any way,he said"well don't know what to tell ya,buy new ones.told him that was in no way an attempt at customer service and let himm know i wanted his manager(Andy to call me asap,he never called so i calledthe 1-800 # and after five minutes of talking to someone and explaining my issue,he said"i'm andy and sir there is nothing we can do for you,i'm the owner of the company and after (testing out) trying to help people with their problems we found most people just rip us off so we stopped replacing products,or helping the customer with their issue's!
Being a customer service manager after being told this i was shocked at how much wheelmax could care less about there customers!
I will be filing a complaint with the bbb asap,it's not about the money it's about the principal, company's listening and reacting to customers concerns!!

So i was pretty frustrated and was looking for a way to contact someone other than shaun or andy on their site, i went into their bbb info and found an email to ennio mannella,sent him a message informing him of the very poor service i recieved,he apologized and said he would do all in his power to make me happy,a week later i got a call from a now very concerned andy,he asked what wheels i ordered i told him and he sent the caps and inserts free of charge even though told them i was willing to pay half the charge since i did have them 1 year,all in all poor service at first but after contacting ennio all is cool,i would order again from wheelmax knowing that there is someone like ennio to contact instead of a couple of guys with an i don't care attitude,i hope they learned from this, i was very close to reporting them to the bbb even though it was over some $3 cap inserts it's the principal not the money!
