They come out to do a tune-up at a low cost. Then while they are there they find minor things and push you into have them fix them. Then they charge you a ridiculous amount to do so. They charge $367 to fix a part that costs $50. That is an incredible mark up especially since it only takes 20 minutes to do. Any other heating or air conditioning company is recommended over this company full of con artists and high pressure sales people.

I was able to talk to a manager but I was assured that high pressure sales tactics are never used by their company. I am happy they monitor their employees so they know what they are doing but obviously everyone working at the company are a bunch of liars and have no regard for their customers. I am no longer a customer and will make sure none of my family or friends use their services.

A manager's side of things

First off, I am sorry about the troubles you have had with us. It is always terrible to see a potential customer slip through the cracks. Especially since it was due to a single employee. For this, we are terribly sorry.

I would be more than happy to talk to you about your problem and see what we could do to at least satisfy your complaint with us. If you haven't done so already call us at 877-Whipple and we can resolve your issue. Ask to speak to the client care manager and I will talk to you directly. Have a wonderful day!

I am glad after this long someone replied to my post.  My biggest issue is the man that came out to do the tune up pressured my wife until she said ok with out a chance for us to discuss the need for this repair.  Then when I called and talked to his manager she could care less what happened and offered to refund a very small portion of the cost even though I was not satisfied due to the behavior of the employee and the way my wife was treated.  So thank you for the offer to call and be 100% satisfied but this should have been resolved the first time I called.  I enjoy through the spam ads in the garbage every time they come in the mail.

We are not rip off artists not in the slightest bit.We may be a little more than some companies but we are not the most expensive and because we are not priced as some may want us to be we are not con artists. We offer warranties that noone else does, sure you can go with a "cheaper" company but than your furnace goes out and because they either do not offer the warranty that we do or they are not around long enough to honor it you are paying out of this world out of pocket repair costs.Of course we are a business but we do not lie to our customers to make sells. Our techs are honest, drug tested, certified and just flat out amazing. And as for Mr.Whipple i have seen him personally go out of his way to satisfy his customers which is WAY more than i can say of any ceo or president of any company to personally help a customer. If there is a;nyone that is having an issue feel free to call me my name is Ashley 8013554433 i can and will resolve anything as we have 100% satisfaction.I am proud to be an Whipple employee.NO doubt to that!!!!!One more thing as to the "high" prices which in all reality are not that bad, you have to think you get what you pay for, just like shopping at Maceys compared to Walmart.Once again we have 100% satisfaction so if you have any concerns call us!
