The website at the domain whoeasy.com is making fraudlant charges to the debit and credit cards of people who try using the services at their website.

Personally, I tried purchasing a $0.50 reverse phone number search. The information I got was no good. I later discovered that they charged $19.95 to my card. I never authorized anything from them beyond the $0.50 charge to investigate that phone number. I have found other reports about that company which report them as operating a scam.

I highly recommend not using this company for anything. I used a card that I get my student loan money on and there was less than $2.00 on it. The card company accepted the charge and gave me a negative balance and that is how I found out about. I will have a new card sent before the Fall semester. They have a subscription service that takes monthly payments. That may be what they are charging for so they will probably try to get it again.
