On 9/7/2012 i made an online order which totaled to $198.00. 9/10/2012 i contacted the merchant in regards to my order, then canceled 2 out of 5 bulk items that totaled to $119.53. I then was told my shipping to hawaii would cost $117.00.
I received my order of 3 bulk items on 9/13/2012. I checked my orders and found 11 individual products were damaged. I called dollaritem to report this and spoke to JP, he said he can not do anything about it. Then checked the bank receipt where payment was made and they charged the $198.00 and $149.00 for shipping.
My conversations with them were unprofessional and they were very rude and harsh. They did not deduct from my cancellatin and over charged on the shipping. They refuse to fix this and do a refund plus the 11 damaged products.
