We were contacted by Wholesale Payment Solutions asking about our current credit card lease agreement. An appointment was made to meet with one of their representatives. The representative, Wayne Daniel, met with the owner and office manager of the business and stated (after looking over our current contract) that it would be no problem to switch over to WPS at a better rate. Mr. Daniel assured us that we could get out of our current lease. He said to give it 2 weeks for everything to be set up and then contact our old lease company and cancel the lease. When contacted about cancelling the old lease, the company stated that it was non-cancellable. We then tried contacting Mr. Daniel numerous times and never received a return call. We did talk to Tina who stated that we could sell the machine on ebay. We will be filing complaints with BBB and FTC. Don't be a victim of Wholesale Payment Solutions!

Did you check your lease contract?

I was wondering did you check your lease agreement you were giving? I am sure it said the lease was non cancelable. Should it be a companies fault that a consumer does not check all of their contracts word for word. The rep indeed should have not made any promises, but it is still left up to the consumer to sign the dotted line.
