Wholesale Properties International, LLC. (WPI) showed zero progress from the execution of the
mentioned agreement toward showing Khalisha Jefferson any real-estate.
Over the phone Carl Ferrell from WPI would only contact the Jeffersons to discuss WPI's lack of inventory
including single family residence, duplex, triplex, and fourplex.
WPI never delivered.
