I was introduced to WPI and the services they could provide me through Lee. He was so attentive and helpful in the beginning. I was told to send them money in order to be placed on a preferred buying list that would make it impossible for other buyers with better credit to get home listings before me. This all started to go downhill after he was never able to find a home for me. There was always a new excuse: they were waiting on new inventory, my credit score needs improving or just send them more money. So, $4,500.00 later I can't even get this guy on the phone. I have yet to speak with anyone other than Lee from WPI. I'm starting to believe that he is WPI and he is single-handedly screwing people out of their money. I read the response from the so called WPI employee (Lee) and they are correct. The company is accredited by the BBB, but after my numerous complaints their A+ rating may be changed. Even the BBB representative is having a hard time getting my refund. I have been attempting to get my money back for over 4 months now! Everytime I was able to contact Lee, he would promise that my check was being sent out that week or that day. Everyone do yourselves a favor and get a reputable realtor and simply work on your own credit issues.
