wholesale transmission distributor faulty transmission and refuse to honor warranty Internet, Internet

I was in need of a transmission for my 97 chevy truck and do not have alot of money to buy a brand new one. So i started looking online for a good tranny. I fount wholesale transmission distributor and gave them a call. I spoke with a man named Kevin who answered all my questions and eased my mind on the purchase. After I paid for the tranny things started to get strange. the tranny was delayed on shipment but i got it ten days later. had it installed and the test drive showed it had no second gear and would not shift into fourth gear.

I tried contacted them and just got the answering machine. I left messages and got nothing in return. I finally got kevin to answer the phone two weeks later. He then assured me they would honor the warranty and ship me out a replacement tranny. One week later I checked the tracking info Kevin gave me and it had no info. so I called Kevin back. He checked and said he still had the order and will find out why it did not ship but yet he gave me a tracking number. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND RIP OFFS.
