wholesale7.net they charge 200% shipping and asked me to pay more for out-of-stock item Internet

I ordered 3 boots on www.wholesale7.net, hence there are many others similar shopping website out there I took a chance of ordering from this website with good intention because it was cheap and affordable. This is the decision I later so regret. The total of my shopping was around 35usd and they charge me around the same price for shipping cost. 3 days later, kate (wholesale7kate@gmail.com) sending me generated email that ONE of my shoes is Out-Of-Stock and she asked if I want to have it refunded or replace it with other item. I asked her if there is OTHER item that is Out-Of-Stock apart of the item she mention on wish she abruptly respond 'only that item'. so I chose with other shoes which was 2$ more expensive than the initial shoes. She sent me bill on wich I paid within minutes (all payment through Paypal).

To my surprise, after 2 days she inform me again that the replacement shoes is also out-of-stock, I was getting really upset and sent her long email asking my she asked me to pay MORE on item that is Out-Of-Stock! and geting only one line saying 'Sorry' on which I responded 'how sincere of you' sarcasticly. I was thinking about not pursuiting anything any further because I thought I will be getting 2 shoes anyway. Alas, to my horror, the item arrives is only 1!! And they did not reduce the shipping cost. So I paid more than 200% of the price of 1 shoes which weight less than 1kg. I was so mad at them and demand an explanation but they still abruptly replying that they have refunded all out of stock items but have yet to answer why they didn't tell me there were 2 items that was out-of-stock. And when I am about to withdraw my 47usd refunded money, I couldn't! Because they refund it on the website not on my paypal account. NEVER TRUST THIS BOLLOCK SITE!!!
