The item in question is on backorder, the order was delayed for this issue and the customer told. The order was a pre-order set to ship at a later date anyway, and this was clearly noted that there was a wait for the stock to come in. We ship all orders for items in stock within 2-3 business days and all orders are delivered as expected or else a refund or a replacement shipment is issued. Obviously this person failed to read the order information or the numerous emails stating that the items ordered were on backorder and instead chose to come here and make a false statement rather than taking a minute to read our messages opr review the information clearly presented to them.
