Wickedrocket.com Wicked rocket ripped me off 3 years ago and im still trying to resolve the issue! Indianapolis /Carmel Indiana

In June of 2005 I purchased an atv for my son on a layaway plan with wicked rocket. Shortly after making 400.00 in payments i was notified that my account had been transferred over to another company named solid atvs. (Which with much research i believe is still the same company because it is owned by the same Tim Perry) After calling and emailing i was told that my account just simply didn't exist. Wicked rocked is conveniently now not able to be reached either by phone or email and is also not in good standing with the better business bureau. But trust me when i say that my husband and i will not give up! So in short if there is anyone out there that has any info or is in any kind of legal standing to help us in any way, it would be great to hear from you.
