Wickenburg Legal Document Preparation Service Susan R Fowler Failed to research a failed delivery of an original legal document Wickenburg Arizona

Susan Fowler of Wickenburg Legal Document Preparation Service was hired to deliver an original Deed of Trust once recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder.  The address she was given to mail deed was incorrect and document was returned to her office.  Instead of calling the person that hired her to deliver document, she took it upon herself to research the address.

She found a business that is a different name in a different state and mailed original document to an address that appears to be non existant.  I have phoned Ms. Fowler twice to try and find our original Deed of Trust, she has been absolutley no help in trying to find our document.  Ms. Fowler stated she belives it is our problem that information was not correct when sent to her.

Perhpas Ms. Fowler could have made one simple phone call to resolve this issue, rather than mailing an orginal document to a completely incorrect address that appears to not even exist. Ms. Fowler has been very aggitated and hostile regarding subject and hung up on most recent phone call. We now have no way of finding our original Deed of Trust.
