We are from out of state, moving to Texas.  Will McCloud, aka Thomas Flanigan using the company name of

Kraft Custom Builders responded to an inquiry I made on the internet.  We met with him and he seemed to be

professional  and knowledgeable.   We contracted with him to build a barn and a barndominium.  We had interviewed

several others.  I checked his references and searched the internet.   Nothing negative.  When the barn was started

it was apparent the crew did not know what they were doing.  I was ready to fire Will at that time but he brought

in another crew who seemed to be much better.  They started on the house slab done. lots of disagreements and

money paid up front.  started on framing.  That is when we found out that his name wasn't really Will McCloud.

We did research on Thomas Flanigan and found all kinds of negative scams he had been involved in I fired him.

He left the barn still not finished (after 6 weeks) and a framing job on the house that is terrible.  We are now in financial

difficulty on the house and barn as we have a lot of work that has to be redone and I was on a tight budget to begin with.

Do Not do business with this individual.  He is a scam artist.  He gets his crews by hiring them off of Craigs List.  They

know nothing about building.  The framing crew stole from us and threatened my husband with bodily harm (he is 74)

Stay away from him.  I am going to District Attorney to file charges of theft.
