Willard's Garage Ripoff Deceptive Sales Practices Common Scheme Mail Fraud Billings Montana

My name is Willard Myers, owner of WILLARD’S garage and as of this year, 2011, I have been in business here in Billings for 28 years.  In 2004, my book keeper, Shirley Bloome, was caught, prosecuted and convicted for embezzling $115,000 dollars from my business.  The above “Rip-off” report was filed during her trial in retaliation by a person that can be associated with her.  She is currently making restitution payments of $25 a month which at that rate it will take 334 years to completely pay the business back.  One should examine who the real “rip-off” artist is.  Taking that kind of financial hit over two or three years almost put my family and me out of business.  There were no government monies offered for a bailout, and with the courts ordering only the current rate of restitution the money taken by Ms. Bloome will never be paid back.  If it was not for the great support of the community, my customers and employees the business would not have been able to stay open.  I had not seen this posting until a longtime customer pointed it out to me.   Thanks to all for continuing to support this business!
