I was told to show up and hour early to confirm insurance (WOW, that is crazy). I've NEVER had to show up that early ANYWHERE to see if my insurance is verified. They stated that arriving this early needed to occur to verify that my insurance is verified and to ensure I was seen at 11:00am (my appointment time). I arrived at 10am and when 11 am came, everyone else was called and I kept thinking I'll be next, NOT AT ALL. I waited all the way until 11:50am and then told them to cancel. I know what many are thinking, why not just wait since you waited that long? I'd rather not have my insurance and I pay/support a business that service SUCKS.
