William Barry Kennedy CPA ripoff, con artist, liar, thief, paranoid He came up with all kinds of fraudulent documents Houston Texas

This is my final rebuttal to my June '03 and August '05 postings.

I first would like to express my sincere apologies to my cousin Barry Kennedy, his family and my family for my misdirected anger and false acquisitions I've posted on this site. I now realize that I was dead wrong and shouldn't have tried to cause harm to him.

We haven't spoken in over 8 years until this past summer. During and since that time I've had time to reflect on our primary difference being the profit I was expecting compared to what actually occurred and was naturally very disappointed. I incorrectly ignored our written contracts where we both entered into and instead only focused on what I expected to earn.

I went off on an unforgettable tangent and slammed him in every way that I thought would hurt and discredit him. This was WRONG for me to do and if I could get this site to totally remove my postings, I would. I did send them a letter asking them to do so this past June and they refused.

I've cooled down by now and I would like make this perfectly clear to Barry, his family and any friends that may find my postings offensive.

1. I've already retracted the Con Artist and Paranoid claims in my August 2005
posting.
2. Rip off I take back because I was actually paid pursuant to our written contract.
3. Liar & Thief I also take back because he actually did fairly pay me on both houses
per our contract.
4. Atheist - I went over board. I derived that from some generalized statements we've
had and he says he's not and got extremely angry with my interpretation.
5. Fraudulent documents I really don't remember how I came to this one.
6. I also stated that I didn't get paid! I actually was being paid monthly but not what I had hoped or planned for.
7. As for the other person who got burned he actually didn't and he's a good friend of
Barry's then and he says now as well.

Please forgive my misdirected anger

I first of all would like to express my sincere apologies to Barry Kennedy, his family and my family for continuing this terrible situation by posting the statements on the internet. It was done out of anger. I sincerely apologize for inaccurate statements I posted.

My statements made out of anger were not accurate and should hold no credit. I realized my mistake and pleaded with rip-off.com to remove the false statements discrediting Barry Kennedy, they refused. If I could get rip-off.com to remove all the posting I would.
I have sent their administrators at least a dozen letters asking for its removal.

Mr. Kennedy and I had some misunderstandings during a project but the contract was fulfilled in full.

It was wrong for me to post inaccurate information about him.

Please forgive my misdirected comments

The lawyer's thought I should write a retraction.
How can I retract the truth? The truth is I built Mr Kennedy a 300,000 home and I didn't get paid!

Before this event happened I always thought of him as a level headed business man with moral and ethical values. Would have never of thought of Barry the way I do now.

I believe that Mr Kennedy was completly convinced that I was getting kick backs from contractors which caused him to react the way he did. He recieved receipts from the lumber yard indicating I had other jobs going on, Spoke with the manager there he and all employee's knew I only had one job.
Further investigations on accusasions made by Mr Kennedy such as I was getting kick backs from the sheetrocker were completly made up by Mr Kennedy.

So let me address each accusasion I made:

1. Rip off - I was suppose to make about 27,000. the first house I made 22,000 and his house had a whole new floor, much larger, worth 5,000 more than the first one was fair. I was paid 13,000 so he didn't pay 14,000 of his dept, hence rip off.

2.Con Artist - This statement is false.

3.Liar - He promised to pay me fairly after the completion of each home I built, he didn't.

4.Thief - When you short change someone that makes you a thief. Even though he thought I was getting kick backs didn't give him the right to just refuse paying me, we should have gone to court immediatly.

5.Paranoid - I retract this statement. I am not qualified to make that diagnoses.

6. Athiest - I've known Mr Kennedy for 40 years and it is well known that he doesn't believe in God. That is not a bad thing, it's just his belief or at least that's what he told me.

I have not lied about anything and felt that posting what REALLY happened was my only recourse.
It was 1 of 2 things that happened.
1. He really felt like I was being dishonest
2. He ran out of money and couldn't pay me so he came up with the kick back theory.

Either way I got screwed because I was not getting ANY kick backs.

As far as his CPA business goes I'm sure he is straight up, honest, ethical, moral and a good man to do business with.
