William Lewis Collins ripoff Whitesburg Kentucky

My Daughter X- husband got her little boy and this layer said pay me 1,200.00 and I will put him away,went to court in Letcher Co. and he told us to be quiet not to say nothing so we didnt.We have never had nothing on us,no charges what so ever and in court they told lies on top of lies.We told this lawyer[Mr. Collins] and all he would say is we will get him and I know,had her to go in front of social service told us he knew the lady and they were friends so dont worry,and we need to drop him another 500.00,which we did.I told him when we hired him you expect me to pay you and we expect you to answer us or to just return our calls and he said why sure here is my office,cell,and house number and all that I ask is please dont call me at 1am because I do have a baby and dont want it woke up,which is understanding but call me any other time.

She was given visitation every other weekend so mothers day came,she was suppose to get him and she call the sheriffs office and was told he was not bringing her son,she started calling him on Friday,left 30 message between all the numbers,even sent a fax,still no respond.The Xhad drug charges,DUI,Reckless driving that was ignored,lost his nursing degree for stealing morphine while working at St.Joesph at Lexington,Ky.ER and was put on probation,charge us for a film that the Berea Police video when he was charge with DUI,we never seen the film,when we asked about it was told it is so fuzzy you cant see it,but yet he charge us for viewing it.All his court dockets I found out about them and told him and all he would say is I will check it out,still sent out a bill for 215.00 and never did return her calls,On Wenesday she said mom they have put me through pure hell and lied on me,I cant live without my baby,and she commited suicide on Wednesday.When we call him and still had to leave a message,he did return my call and said he has won,well no wonder,you cant fight them all.This child was not allowed to come to his mother service,he took our money and willful lied to us.I have lost my daughter and three grandchildren.
