The purpose of this letter is to convey the experience that we have had in utilizing the services of William M. Kaneski, CPA, for our companies:  Company #1, Company #2 and Company #3.  Bill has been our corporate accountant for the past three years.  He was recommended to us by our financial advisor as a highly skilled, meticulous accountant.  We were cautioned that his fees would be higher than what we were accustomed to paying.  However, we were told that you get what you pay for.  We have found the advisor's comments to be completely true.

 We left the services of our previous accountant because we did not feel we were getting proper tax planning.  When Bill took on our account, we thought our books were in good order.  However, what Bill found was a bit of a mess.  It resulted in his amending two years of returns.  His thoroughness in digging through our mounds of information, interviewing all involved and correcting the problems was really astounding.  His attentiveness to detail is like nothing we have ever seen.  His documentation of everything is impeccable.  While we are usually described by others in the business world as being organized, Bill takes that term to new heights.  This new way of doing things took some adjustment for us, including a switch from Peachtree to QuickBooks.  However, at the end of the pain that comes with any change, we felt very comfortable to be in such good hands.

 Bill not only straightened out our accounting issues, he also tried to help us look at the bigger picture.  He helped us re-evaluate our buy/sell agreement, our insurance needs and our personal budgets and records as they related to Company #1 and the related entities.  His vast knowledge in all things financial is extremely impressive.  It was amazing to see how, with Bill's help, all the pieces of the financial puzzle could interlock to make a cohesive plan covering death, disaster or retirement.

In summation, we would recommend Bill highly to anyone looking for a Certified Public Accountant. 

He is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable,  professional  and detail oriented.  These characteristics make him unparalleled in his field.  We also know him to be a caring man of high moral standards.  These traits make him a rare gem.

On August 31, 2009, I became aware of the slanderous, unfounded and misleading report filed by "Anonymous" on May 17, 2005. 

I have been in practice for 36 years, and I have never had allegations such as these made against me.  I totally rebut and refute all of the false and erroneous statements made by this anonymous individual.
