William Meeks The Biggest Boss Con Artist Stole $1200 Prosper Texas

 Mr. Meeks described himself as having alot of money, drove nice car (black vett) but owned several vehicles including hummer and mercedes, said he was in government construction.... He came across as a nice guy looking for a good relationship. Promised to take care of all the woman's bills, payoff her loans etc. Talked about his private banker and even had her say hello...may be working in conjuction with someone.

Asked to borrow money as his was tied up over the weekend saying his daughter got arrested and needed to be bailed out. He promised to pay it back that monday and then some. He would call periodically or text to keep up the charade and say he was on his way back to bring the money. He never came by. He Blocked his calls and stopped responding to text messages. I am out $1200 which put me in an awful bind. Kindness got me burned.
