This lawyer is a major ripoff. I paid him retainer of $1500.00 to be represented in a domestic violence court case. After seeing him in his office he told me that he would send a letter to the court saying he was representing me this was never done. On the day of the court hearing this lawyer did not even show up to court nor did he send the letter to the court stating he was representing me. Luckily I explained this situation to the judge and he assigned me a public defender. When I tried to contact Mr Roca about returning my retainer he kept making excuses and then would ignore my emails, texts and phone calls. This all happened in 2008 To this date Mr. rosa has refused to return my retainer and has blown off every phone made to his office in regards to this matter.

I did in fact appear in Court on behalf of the client. The client was not happy with the Judge's decision. The full retainer was not paid. The client is welcome to make an appointment to discuss this at any time.
