William Taylor Richard at Tax Clinic Ripped Me Off Milford ME

Company has PayPal on website, Richard at the company said the PayPal account was closed, and requested payment via alternative method. I disputed the claim through my bank to get the money back. PayPal account is very much intact. Jesse Baker is serious ill, and this Richard person is running the place, and he lied to me about the PayPal account. Also, I submitted my information on February 1st to the Tax Clinic, did not receive it until 7 days before the deadline and a massive error resulting in me paying the IRS several thousand dollars extra. Tax Clinic worked to fix it, but given the time frame, I felt it was necessary to pay what i owed, and it cost me several hundred dollars in finance fees to get the extra money the mistake cost me. I am still waiting on the IRS to process the correction. I paid the filing fee to the Tax Clinic in good faith, because Jesse has done my taxes for years, and he would never steal from me. However, this person Richard is running the company in Jesse's absence, and he told me he was more worried about getting paid, than he is about reconciling my filing fee. I doubt I will ever see the $240, and I know I will never be comped by the Tax Clinic for the fees paid to get an advance to pay the additional money I owed to the IRS based on their mistake. The bank originally awarded me the $240 filing fee when I disputed the claim. At the time I did not know I was dealing with Jesse. Had I known I was dealing with someone else, the same person that massively screwed up my taxes no less, then I probably would not have paid at all, because it cost me more than the filing fee to get the extra money the Tax Clinic cost me. From what I undertstand, Jesse will never be returning due to his health. No attempt to take down the PayPal feature on the website has been made, and Richard lied to me when he said the PayPAL is closed, he simply didn't know how to access it. I have no doubt when he figures it out, he will pocket the money, since the business is closing.
