I won a small claims against Williams Cole Inc., dba Attorney's Diversifed Services for unpaid rent and utility bills and unfortuneately I have not been able to collect the judgement yet. After reading the other complaints about this company, it sounds like they should be featured on the television show American Greed. Hopefully Doug Williams and Austin Cole will be shedding their snake skin suits for federal orange jumpsuits.

Williams Cole Inc., dba Attorney's Diversifed Services

I have personally seen hundreds of pages of what appears to be collection notices just dropped into a large, open paper recycle dumpster bin for anyone to pickout and read. Pages were fully intact - not shredded as they should be. Notices/documents had names, addresses and other personal information on them. Would be a gold mine for identity theives.

These documents had the name of Attorney's Diversifed Services. The dumpster is located adjacent to 3031 F St, in Sacramento, which is the (previous?) address of the company. I have seen documents in dumpster at least on 6 different times, several weeks apart. Seems like just a routine procedure for them.

Assuming that the company has moved, it seems quite likely they will just continue to put people's info at risk instead of properly shredding it (as required by law?). I wonder what their problem is. Just too cheap to pay for proper disposal?
