This individual claimed to me a single man, and we conversed both over the phone and on the internet. He called me three weeks later from "Huntington Beach, California" where he was leaving to do a big construction in Lagos, Nigeria for a non-profit. Calls me once he gets there and is in dire straits. Claims he needs some funds to get the building started, as he has to get a letter proving he paid to be allowed to build. Supposedly the construction begins, when all of a sudden, he needs $15K to finish, because now he owes taxes on the build and they won't let him finish until it's paid. In the meantime, he still professes to care about me and claims he ran out of money for food and his room. He received Western Union funds and Moneygram funds from me. He "Promises to pay me back with interest!" When he gets back to the US.
He also claims he sold, donated and gave everything away on this venture. He has no family, as they were "killed in an airplane crash" and one day he will take me to Germany to see their graves.
He also claims to have a Bull Mastiff dog named Snoop that his veterinarian has while he is overseas.
