 Willie R Meadows a black male recently released from parole for pimping and pandering, who lives at the Village Place apartments 32 17th Street apt 321 San Diego, Ca 92101 filed a false five year restraining order on one of his lovers then started contacting her on June 5, 2013 to initiate another session of lovemaking. Now he is angry with her again and is using his psychotic black neighbor in unit 320 who was just released from jail for buying drugs from an undercover officer to harass and physically assault his lover. July 4, 2013 Lorraine his neighbor was high on drugs and Willie R Meadows paid her to harass his lover and go and assault her. Lorraine assaulted the girl in front of St Vincent De Paul security officer Barrera and on cameras. Officer Barrera called for backup and no one showed up. She said was calling the police but never did. The victim tried to file a RTS incident report with St Vincent but all of the security guards said they were out. This morning I called Officer Jackson at the security desk and she said she had two and I could get them from her, When I went to get them she said she did not have any. San Diego police officer Perez was called out, he said he reviewed the camera but did not arrest Lorraine. I want to sue St Vincent De Paul for this coverup
