I am yet another near victim of the willard simons scam.  Plese erite down the names Shields financial and ericson visser. They have become a piece of the simons scam.  I was introduced to simons through a person in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Simons agreed to take on a 2.5 million usd seed to relocate a copany to poularies, Canada.  Over two weekd i emailed back/forth with simons and ultimately got a contract from him with ehst looked to be specifics of the loan.  My being a cop for 25 years i believed it to be a good african scheme thst are all ovr online.  Simons had shields financial allover it and the visser guy as his associate.

 Attached ti the emails finally turned out to be a sheet with Chase bank account numbers ans a ficyicious name of the account holder.  2 banks here in Orlando TD Bank and Bank of America verified the papers are a scam and Chase wants nothing to do with it over possible bad press or a feature on 20/20 they are part of money schemes.

Simons had never demanded the usual western union or paypal money for fees but did agree at one time with my banks info of any fees are normally paid at a loan closing.  I advised simons of this and he would be sent his 8,500.00 at the closing when i deposited the money. After that email simons became distant and only returning emals at odd hours when it would be daytime or evenings in places like Africa.

simos has  a ripoff report on hee before mine in similar circumstances and told me his lawyer identified the man as tom mullins and simons sued him for 254 thousand dllars for the defamation.  It's a good story but a B.S. story at that. If Mr. Mullins reads this and wants to talk i willl always make time.

So, As i should've known from my past career don't believe anything from the internet that looks too good to be true, it always is.

 I've listed the web address on her somewhere for the shield financial services of texas but they have no sctual office to answer the phone it seems. Look st the website and start emailing them to ask how they complee such good looking scams.
