willow creek mobile home Misleading, scam, slum lords Tampa Florida

on oct 2, 2014 I went to willow creek to look for a mobile home. The ad stated it was a 399 move in special, the electric was on, and it was 185 a week. They ran my background and asked me had I lived at a certain address and I told them no, that wasnt me. They said my deposit was going to be higher because of that even though I told them that wasn't me. so instead of paying 399 I was to pay 598 to move in. Before i handed the girl(Brittany) the money I notice signs that said money order only, I stated to the girl that I only had 600 and I needed to go get a money order and she told me that cash would be fine. Before she went over the lease terms with me she deposited my money in a safe, thats when all the red flags started going off. She pulls out the lease and reads that I paid 399 to move in as a deposit and that I owe 200 more dollars, and I told her that was incorrect I just you 600 she then told me I was responsible for my lights and they was charging me an additional 30 dollars until I get them switched over in my name, they also was charging me a mailbox key fee, and another key fee. She then toold me that my rent would be 244 a week instead of the 185 like the ad states, and I told her that was very misleading...she then told me the 185 will kick in at the end of my year lease , I told her no thanks,so she called her boss to get it lower and all they lowered it down to was 215 , so I told her no thanks and wanted my deposit back, she tells me that since she already deposited the money in the safe she couldnt get it out ,only her boss could and handed me a piece of paper with an address on it and told me to write them a letter explaining why I want a refund and they may give me my money back, I asked her for the corporate number and she said it was against policy to give that out. I googled the address and it comes up as a shopping plaza. All I want is my money back because this is so wrong.
