This guy is a RIPOFF nick at win win gaming is a scam artist! I have took my sony ps3 to him for a repair, first off he was rude, second is i left my ps3 with him and it was a HUGE mistake!! He said he would take care of it and repair it. I get back to pick it up and he has burnt the motherboard all up. Now im stuck without a ps3 he wont face up to what he did. Im to the point where im going to file a lawsuit

the other guy is right he's a scam artist, he doesn't have a clue on what he's doing he claims he was in the us navy, but now he's frauding others! This guy Nick Needs to be closed down for GOOD!
He advertises on the net and craigslist dont take NOTHING to him he will screw you!

Not saying give this guy a pass or anything, but this is a situation where a lawsuit is going to cost you more then a NEW PS3 or even a PS4. Once the PS4 goes live you will be able to get a new console. Just keep the hard drive off the old one so you dont lose any saved data. You would only be able to take this individual to court for under $500.00, If they show up, with thier expertise, they can drop the price you would be asking for by showing it was a defect item in the first place and any repairs were done were with no guarentee of success. This means they wont be paying for a brand new PS3. It means you will get COMPARATIVE value. Meaning what is a PS3 worth that doesnt work. Not even 1/4 of the price.
