Wind Storm - Company Name Does Not Appear ripoff - dishonest fraudulent billing and incorrect order Commerce California

On or about 11/30/2005 I saw a infomercial on TV of the Windstorm Vacuum. It said in the ad that If you order one vacuum you get the second one free. So I called the toll free number and ordered 1 vacuum.

To my dismay I received on 12/5/2005 4 vacuums! I order one and one was free. I tried to call these people at the 800 number provided to return them but the line was busy 24/7. I tried this for 7 days straight. Then I tried emailing them and I received a message back saying to call the 800 number which I replied that I did that and nobody answered. Still no answer.

This has been going on since I received the Vacuums in December! Then last month I sent them a threatening letter that if they didn't contact me some how then I was going to my bank and stopping the automatic transactions from my checking account.The next day all of the money I owed them from all 4 vacuums(that I didn't order)was withdrawn from my checking account. Which is fraud since they're supposed to take it out in 3 payments. I tried to stop the transactions at my bank but they said I had to have the companies authorization to do that which really stinks since it's my bank account. I was only supposed to spend $119.85 but they charged me and took my money for a total of $313.70.

Needless to say I want all my money returned to my account. I will return the vacuums if they will tell me where to send it to. I hate to go to a lawyer but I will if something is not done soon. And if anyone else wants to join me in a class action suit against this company I'll be happy to welcome you!
