Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
For almost two years I have tried to get someone to send me two screens that have come apart or or damaged by weather. I am seriously thinking of getting another company to redo the whole job. We have a lifetime warranty on thier job and they will do nothing. About two months ago I talked to a lady the said she had orded the screens she faxed me a reciept where she had orderd them, but as of yet, no reply and no screens.

This is a response to the complaint about a screen repair to Phillip in Calhoun, Ga. We have searched all of our records and show no customer in Calhoun with that name. However, if it is a legitimate complaint, I apologize. We do have a warranty on the screens, however weather or acts of god is not covered. If the frame is damaged we can re order the frame, and we do have a free rescreening service that only requires the customer to bring the damaged screen by our office and leave it for 1-2 days for us to rescreen.
