Windstorm Vacuumn, Storm Vac. , IGIA Stoled money from my bank account tht was not authorized to do so New York New York

I saw an infromercial for there vacuumn on November 24, 2005. I took down the information and layed it aside.
My daughter found it and thought it would be a great gift for me and called and ordered it. She is not of legal age to do this. Without verification they took the order for 1 vacuumn for $39.95 and perceeded to give her a big sales pitch. She wound up agreeing to 2 vacuums with 1 payment of $39.95 dropped.

I called and cancelled my order that very same day and was told it would be cancelled and my money would be credited to my account within 5 - 10 days. In the meantime the money had come out of my account and was never refunded. I have called on several occassions for the last 2 years and wrote letter after letter.

I received a letter from them dated April 2006, stating my refund was in the processes of being refunded and should be in my account within 5 days. Here it is November 2007, and I have yet to see my refund, and they no longer answer the phone.
