I placed a order on the telephone on June 9/2005 A 2 for 1 deal. I was promptly charged for three months on my credit card. $156.85 US To this date February 18/2007 I have no vacuums and or no refund. I do not know what to do since I am canadian. Does anyone know a American Agency I can contact to press charges. Or does anyone know how I can contact the US Attorney General? Really I need help please.
