Wingworks submitted a proposal for seasonal landscaping and overbilled against the proposal, consistantly. They damaged plantings and cut landscape lighting lines. They failed to correct the deficiencies or finish the work and walked off the job. They sent their bill which we didnt pay. They waited until the winter when no one is on the island of nantucket to sue to collect the overbilled amount.
As the amount was not significant enough to retain a lawyer and as we dont live in Nantucket off season we had to pay or ruin our credit. This is straight out EXTORTION. To over bill and then collect in this sneaky manor. This is a company not to be trusted. I dont even get our day in court so I am left with this media to state my case.
Their proposals are meaningless as they bill whatever they want. Check their bills to the proposals or better yet get a new landscaper!
