We purchased the RTF to PDF converter that was advertised on Winnovative-Solutions.com
We installed it to our server in hopes it would do as advertised. There were table lines in the PDF's that it created and we could not seem to remove them.
In hopes that this was a limitation of the trial we purchased the full version.
This did not remove the table lines.
Customer support did not provide a solution to this problem and said we should not have purchased the product if it did not do what we wanted it to.
They said they could not issue a refund because they would be charged transaction fees regardless if we kept the product or not.
We asked them to subtract the transaction fees and issue the refund.
At this point they stopped communicating with us.

After a few more negotiations Winnovative agreed to refund the software. I would use them again based on their actions.

ConcernedConsumerMatt was concerned for nothing as explained below. It seems he decides what to buy and writes reports faster than is the case.
He evaluated a software for 1 day, as he declared, which is normally insufficient to make a purchase decision for software product. The trial version of our products is unlimited in time so nothing forced him to rush to buy something from us.
The trial version of our products is full featured such that the customer can decide if the product fully responds to the expectations before making the purchase decision, and we clearly advertise this on our website. Therefore the comment that something different was expected from the purchased version is totally unfounded.
After he purchased the product from us he thought he found a problem with the product because the product did not behave as he expected and he immediately requested a refund and then expected to get immediately that. He wrote this report before getting an answer from us.
In the meantime we have fully refunded his money not partially, even if he agreed that a partial refund would have been normal in his situation.
We made the refund not because we think we advertised something that is not true but because we don't want people to live with a product they don't like.

"Concernedconsumermatt" was concerned for nothing. It seems he decides what to buy and writes reports faster than he can think.
He found the product he bought behaves a little bit different of what he was expecting after 1 day of testing and he requested a refund immediately and then expected the refund to happen immediately, if possible even before someone reads his request.
He wrote this report before receiving any answer from us. In the meantime his order has been fully refunded not because we believe we advertised something we don't have but because we want each customer of ours to be happy, including customers like "Matt the Concerned".
