Do not do business with this guy. We have lost thousands falling for his: Send a depsit, send samples, production is ready send the balance. Then no shipment! BEWARE! Do not send him any money. He will not ship.

Goods were never shipped. Over $16,000 pursuing legal and/or criminal actions.
On the claim that "goods are ready, look at the boxes and send more money and they will be shipped". We even offered to have a 3rd party verify the goods, counts and quality to be shipped and the response is "I never agreed third party inspection. so its declined."

Hi,
I have been doing business with Jagadesh for more than 10 years, he is one of our genuine suppliers. After looking at the RipOff report I spoke to Jagadesh about the report. Here are the details and photos of the products which are ready to ship.
Ripoff reporter did issue PO and advance, based on the PO while the production was going on Ripoff reporter added few more styles, requested to ship along with the existing PO and the payment for the new quantity will be paid along with the existing PO. Based on the trust Mr. Jagadesh started the new styles. When RipOff reporter sent the payment, he failed to add payment for the new styles and simply denied taking the style. So Mr. Jagadesh informed the RipOff reporter he has to pay for the new styles if he wants the orders to ship in full. So the goods are still sitting in his factory. Unless the Ripoff reports send payments for the added styles Goods will not be shipped.

We have lost over $16,000 USD in fraud from this person / company.
We sent samples, he sent counter samples. We paid a down payment. He eventually sent an invoice and requested the balance paid. He sent photos of boxes and a BOL. We made the mistake of sending funds for the shipment. He then stated that he needed a down payment on other orders before he could release the goods.
DANGER! Then we realized we should not have trusted him. We arranged to have an inspection and count of the goods. He refused. We offered escrow to be released when the shipment was received and inspected. He refused.
Obviously he didn't really have the shipment ready and does not actually have the goods. The BOL was fake.
We are taking actions that may be neccessary.
