The Wipe New company falsely advertises that they have a full return policy. Big joke they charge your account for the return, in my case it was $37.00 dollars , I was also out of pocked because they do not give return postage for your returns. So the cost to send the product back is an additional $10.00 dollars, if you are not satisfied with it. They will not contact you or discuss it, they just refund a portion of your money and hold back the rediculas return fee of $37.00 from your orginal order. My order was $97.00, I lost $37 of it to the company. Once they have your visa they don't care. This product is a source of Fradulant Money Laundrying, because they steal this amount from everyone who tries to return the product.  And no one knows they are doing it. Do the math, its thousands based on this policy and no one knows.  NEVER BUY THIS CRAP!  YOU WILL BE SORRY !

unfortunatly....

Normally ALL FEES are disclosed somewhere. If you made a purchase off of the internet, then you get what you get. You chose to go the cheap way and got scammed. Or atleast you FEEL you got scammed. If every customer has to pay this then its not a scam but simply the cost of doing business with them. The 37$ is a bit steep for a return fee as most businesses charge roughly 10-15%. I would suggest that you limit your online purchases to companies that you feel you can trust.

Also you need to update your idea of what "money Laundering" is. The act its self is the transfer or exchange of ill gotten cash into a form that is less traceable and clean. I.E Taking drug money and "Laudering" it through a legitimate business. Or taking gambling winnings, if its illegal in your state, and buying gold/diamonds/silver, then turning around and selling it to someone else. These acts "Clean" the money. Hence the term "Money Laundering"

As for the postage to return your item, unfortunatly that also is the cost of doing business online. You will never get back the shipping you had to put out. All of these online companies have a deal with one of the major package carriers. Normally its a flat rate or fee per box. Thereby cutting shipping costs drastically. You as the consumer DO NOT have this deal so you have to pay FULL PRICE for any returns. Once again, this is the costs of doing business online. You cannot expect a return on that anymore then you can expect any reimbursment for any gas you spent to drive and do a return at a physical store. To expect ANYTHING but what you got is to set yourself up for major disappointment.

You must also understand that being a online business, they normally dont get to return products the customer returns to a vendor to get credit. If the 37$ is not returned to you then they have a policy in place that allows them to keep a portion of your money until they recieve the product back and have inspected it for either flaws or defects, or to inspect it to make sure you returned everything. They also inspect it to ensure YOU the consumer did nothing to it that would have caused it to fail. This process takes roughly 3-4 weeks. If everything is above board then you will probably see that money returned to you.
