Wired Plastic Pre-paid Card Will not release tax return refund Salt lake, Utah

I was schedule to receive my tax return on Fri but didn't bother checking my wired plastic account that day. So I needed to use my card for a purchased Monday but my card was declined. I call wired plastic and they told my card was cancelled because they needed me to call the IRS to have them fax wired an award letter (seriously!!) they gave me a number to call I had to wait an hour before speaking to a live agent. The agent then told me I was calling the wrong number ( after waiting an hour on the phone) they gave me another number to call. I waited another hour to speak with a irs customer service rep which told me they never heard of any bank asking for an award letter so I called back wired and told them and they insisted I get the award letter in order to release my tax refund;( they told me to call the IRS treasury dep which I tried calling and waited another hour ;( the rep there said the same thing as the other rep. They never heard of an award letter and do not faxed out that kind of info. So here I go again calling wired this time I spoke to a supervisor name Christina. She said if I faxed over a letter or an email showing my return info it would be fine to do (now why didn't they tell me this in the beginning!!?? So I faxed over my doc and called wired to see if they received it Christina said she didn't see anything. She said she will call me once she get it should be 30 mins. 30 mins passed I get a call from Christina saying she didn't get the fax. I faxed it over again called wired ask for Christina couldn't get her on the phone so I spoke with a supervisor name Greg he placed me on hold for 15 mins and said they received the fax but it doesn't look like they can use the doc because its not a doc from the IRS but from my tax person. I argued with him saying that Christina said if I have a doc showing my exact tax return amount it should be fine. Wasting my time running around taking work off to fax over a doc and play phone tag and wait 3 hours on the phone with the IRS is beyond ridiculous!! I then logged into the IRS website to "where is my tax refund" put my info printed out the info from the IRS website faxed it over to wired and still they would not approve it. It's such a pain when I have bills to pay and relying on my return. Now I don't know what else to do because wired is holding my tax refund and I really need the money ASAP. I've been a customer for over 7 years and all the years I aways get my tax return deposit in my wired card and I can't believe that they are making me go thru this. It is insane! I want to close my account but still have funds in my card. I'm so screwed over by them ;( I advised you to never sign up for wired plastic!
