Wirefly And NCOA Mad nurse, feel cheated Internet

I purched three phones from Wirefly and the insurance they offered called NCOA. A few months later my daughter dropped her phone and broke the face plate. After three days of seaching for NCOA phone number, i called them and a rude sharp mouth lady stated that we had cancelled our ATT contract and some how voided the insurance. How can this be, the phone was never cancelled, and we still have the same number and contract with ATT. the lady didnt care and refused to help us in anyway. This company has the poorest customer support in the world. you cant find their phone number anywhere, and when you finaly contact someone they are not helpful at all. Please if you are reading this, Don't buy anything from this company, go through your wireless companys instead.
