Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Beware of these con artist. They come off as nice people before they take your money. Once the transaction has taken place, the real culprits come out.I have been flashing phones for over a year, and heard about this new company wireless workshop that claimed they could flash phones for my cell phone store. I used their live chat to ask "do you support 3G flashing" and they insited that they do.

So, I decided to give it a try and use their pay per flash system. $10 per phone flashed through their system. Aside, from the layout of the software just being a little too busy, the dang thing didn't work properly. I received a very slow internet connection which is what I asked about before my initial purpose.
When trying to contact their "support" or lack there of team, they told me that this is just the nature of the business and to deal with it. I contacted their support team again, and was told it was the phone, that caused the issue and not their software. Considering this phone was BRAND NEW before using their software, I highly doubt this.

So after I was unable to get any support, I asked to be refunded for the money I hadn't used yet, accepting their response that it "could" be the phone. They said sure and instantly disconnected the live chat session. I have yet to receive my refund for the $40 I have left in my account that has not been used.  It has been 2 weeks and now they will not answer any emails from me, and have blocked me on their website chat. I have given them ample time to process this refund or at least RESPOND to a paying customer. 

They have been very rude, unhelpful, and I would highly advise you to stay away from this scam. They promise the world, and deliver nothing. Then are not there to suppport you. Mistake made, and lesson learned.

While I appreciate that both sides have had a chance to each tell their side of the story, let's keep personal attacks out of this OK guys? Chris, if somebody writes a bad review (fabricated or not), it's probably not a good idea to get all heated like this. That's probably the worst thing you can do. As a business owner myself, I have grown a thick skin and deal with complaints in a civilized manner that do not involve shouting or hurling accusations in response.

They did refund

Although I am still not happy with the service its only fair I give an update. It turns out they did not hold my money. The money was returned to my bank BEFORE I made this post. It was not returned under the name wireless workshop and that why it wasnt recognized by me. 

They still should do better communnicating with customers and not ignore them. While they did not rip me off because i got a refund i still stand by saying they should have done better customer service and not ignored me before they refunded me.

First of all, you are full of cr@p.  We have never ripped anyone off, we have never not refunded a customer who has asked for it, we have replied to every email ever sent to us, we always answer the phone and we have never blocked anyone from our chat sytem.  What you have said here is a total fabrication.  I guess it is possible that your probelm fell through the cracks, but it isn't possible that you tried to contact us multiple times and we ignored you.. just not possible!!!

You are lucky that you are anonymous, since what you have written here is libel and you could get sued...   With all that said, if you actually email us and request a refund or call or chat for that matter.. we will check your account and issue a refund if your credits are unused. 

For your information, we have recently been voted the #1 in our field by the top website that deals with our product.  That is due to our excellent reputation in the community and we are know to have the best support possible.

I don't understand people like you..  I have worked hard to build this company from the ground up and to have someone like you to spread BS like this really get under my skin.  If you read this and think "I can't belive this guy's customer care.. " or something like that, put yourself in my shoes.. some idiot posts BS about your company.. F this guy.  I won't bow down to a liar!
