I'm a US Veteran/Disabled served in Desert Storm for my country and I am getting riped off by this company Wisconsin Auto Title Loans in Hudson WI . Even thoulegislation was passed this month eliminating Title Loan companys in the state of Wisconsin by GovernorDoyle (ACT 405) this company is still operating in loop holes. I got a $550.00 title loan in August of 2009 and they will not release the leen on my car. I have paid out over $2600.00 in the last 14-15 months. My car is 17 years old and has close to 200,000 miles on it. The will not let me out of there evil cycle. I have been taken advantage long enough and I'm filing a consumer lawsuit against this lender for gross conflictsagainst the regulated lending statue Act 405. I have contacted serveral organization in reference to assisting me and I can always use more guidance. I hope to recovery some of my money and see this business closed for ever so that they cannot and will not hurt others. I have 5 children 2 grandchildren and I struggling to stay alive and happy like us all. Our congressional leaders, city officials and law makers must protect us from this type of financial scammer and dishonest business people.
