I feel behind in my auto loan payments and my car was repoed. The next day I went in and took care of the loan and picked up my car. When me and wife arrived at the place were they took our car,we noticed all of our property was gone. we contacted the loan place to find out about the company who they hired to repo the car all they told us is we are out of luck, take it up in small claims court. Me and my wife did a little digging ourselves and found out that the person that they hired to pick up our car has been convicted of theft and criminal damge to propery. This company never did a background check on these people and now they are saying they are not responsible.

You had a loan for about $1200 and now owe over $8000? Something doesnt add up here.
And how could you fall behind to make a loan balloon out that far and they now decide to come and get the vehicle. Something doesnt add up here.

my loan was for $1200 when I feel behind the amount went to $8,000 dollars. I had to give them 3,000 to get my car back. and I still had my property stolen.
