I ordered a copper frying pan together with a toilet potlight, as they call it, at the beginning of September.

The copper frying pan arrived and have been corresponding with regard to the toilet potlight.

I had a few answers that the product was on the way. No tracking number was given.

The response, with regard to the first few inquiries, were answered quite quickly but my last few queries have not been answered at all.

It is as if they simply ignore my requests.

I have requested a refund, to which I have not received a reply.

At the moment the situation is completely unknow to me.
