Today, I was doing my checking and I noticed a check card charge of $7.00 on January 8 from WLI Reservation Rewards. Neither my wife nor I recalled making a charge, so we looked them up on Google, which is where I found your site and 228 other people who have apparently been victimized by this company, just like I have.

Here's what we assume happened: exactly one month earlier, on December 8, my wife ordered a pair of pants online from Lane Bryant. After submitting her credit card info and posting her order, she followed a link from the Lane Bryant site to a site called reservationrewards.com. She filled out information to be on their mailing list, nothing else. She provided her name, address and email address, and no credit information. They provided her with a password.

Today, as we were investigating this, she returned to the reservationrewards.com website, and upon entering her email and password, she went in to look at her personal information and there was her credit card information, information she had NEVER provided to them. What we figure is that somehow the order she placed through Lane Bryant wasn't secure and when she went directly from placing the order through Lane Bryant to this site, they were somehow able to steal the credit card information from Lane Bryant.

We were able to conclude this because this reservationrewards.com showed my wife as a member since December 8, and Lane Bryant was our only checkcard purchase on December 8. We also noticed the strange coincidence that reservationrewards.com accepts Lane Bryant credit cards. Now how many businesses do you know of that accept Lane Bryant credit?

People who do things like this are the lowest form of scum, and give the internet a bad name. If there winds up being any class action suit on this, count me in. I want these thieves to suffer!
